Information & Careers in “Cranial Technology”

Cranial Technology has been treating plagiocephaly for more than 20 years. Plagiocephaly is a condition where external forces press against the infant’s soft skull. It can cause a deformed head. The safest treatment is a custom DOC Band, which can be created using cranial technology. This will allow the skull to return to its normal shape.

Patients are willing to travel long distances to get this life-altering treatment. Careers in cranial technology are available in Arizona and California.

Cranial Technology offers vision, icf technology medical and dental insurance. The company offers a 401k retirement plan and flex spending accounts. Life insurance is also available. There are more than three weeks of paid vacation each year. The greatest benefit to working for this company is the opportunity to make positive changes in children’s lives.

CranialTech is a great place to find a challenge and specialize in a niche. This clinic is child-friendly and offers a unique opportunity for patients to be treated.

You will be treating infants ages 3-18 months. Our Clinicians are trusted by parents and pediatricians alike to diagnose and treat plagiocephaly. At every stage of their treatment, our Clinicians build strong relationships with our families. Our clinicians work minimum 32 hours per week in the full-time role. Part-time clinicians work minimum 24 hours per week.

Because each person is unique, we hire people from different backgrounds. With their knowledge of symmetry, asymmetry, torticollis, infant/toddler developmental, and cervical anatomy, OTs make a great fit. While a background in pediatrics is desirable, it’s not essential as there is a formal program that includes mentoring.
